Helping you Harmonize with your highest potential...

Hey There!
A little background on
me, for those who are
curious . . .

Hi, I’m Sawyer (they/she). My life has always been shaped by sound. I grew up in a home where music was a constant presence — a language of emotion, expression, and connection. Even after I stepped away from it for a time, sound found me again when I was searching for healing.
My early path moved through the animal world: studying animal science in college, working in an animal shelter, then moving to a holistic veterinary clinic and seeing the benefits of a whole body approach that incorporated whole food nutrition, acupuncture, chiropractic, and traditional Chinese herbs. Over time and with a job change out of the animal world, my love of healing expanded to include humans too.
I worked for a human chiropractor and alternative medicine doctor who inspired me like no other and was a wealth of knowledge about many ways to heal the body and mind. She loved introducing her clients to other modalities of healing that could all work synergistically to support wellness. One of the modalities she often referred people to was Biofield Tuning.
In searching for relief for my own mental health struggles, I experienced my first Biofield Tuning session. Something in me softened, shifted, and opened in a way I didn’t know was possible.
That experience became the beginning of a deep devotion to sound and frequency medicine, the voice, and the body’s capacity to return to balance. I became a Biofield Tuning Practitioner in May 2023 and have continued expanding my offerings through Sonic Anatomy and vocal healing practices.
I love co-creating sessions that feel safe, spacious, and true — where sound becomes a companion for your unfolding.
When I'm not singing, listening to music, or doing sound sessions for people, you can find me outside by any body of water, in the mountains, amongst the trees, perhaps on skis or a bicycle, connecting with dear friends, in a sauna or hot spring, enjoying a meal, or curled up with an animal somewhere, enjoying peace and quiet.
